Heartbeat4kidz
Heartbeat4Kidz is a fully-featured childcare centre management program.
Childcare in Australia has become a complex myriad of Government regulations and paperwork. Currently Childcare software is limited in its functionality to predict child numbers and staff rations on a day-to-day basis. Heartbeat4Kidz can calculate these ratios and graphically indicate shortfalls in child numbers, staff estimates and ascertain where they child-care centre is wasting cash or placing themselves in an illegal position by too little staff recruited for that day.
Another advantage of Heartbeat4Kidz is the ability to comply with all government, both Commonwealth and State legislation through the software – no other software program can do this. All data and forms are generated in the tool and saved back inside the database. In one mouse click, compliance paperwork can be generated for audits and Centrelink rebates (CCB).
The Heartbeat range of software is built by SDC International in Queensland, Australia. Prodigi is the NSW and NZ Agent (sales, support and training) for the range of Heartbeat software.
Heartbeat4Kidz has also been accepted in the Australian Technology Showcase (ATS).
