Prodigi can support your home system or a corporate environment on different levels to suit your IT needs:

  • Telephone or email support;

  • Casual onsite hourly basis;

  • Monthly contract (retainer) on a Service Level Agreement with dedicated weekly hours and issue response times;

  • Dedicated on-site support consultant for a dedicated amount of hours per week; or

  • Total out-sourced solution - Full-time 40 hour/wk staff member on-site, contracted through Prodigi, saving you superannuation, on-going expenses and all the other aspects of hiring, training ad supporting staff.

Telephone and email support is free for first 5 minutes, then charged at normal hourly rates. Onsite consulting has a minimum one hour, then charged per minute after first one hour. For our rates please contact us.

 

maintenance

Prodigi Solutions prides itself on pro-active maintenance of our clients IT systems. We don't wait until you ring us, rather we'll advise and make sure your future growth and needs are catered for before the need arises. In addition, our server clients are all monitored real-time 27/7 so we know when issues are likely to occur - we can implement fixes or solutions before they issue ever takes hold.

 

repairs

Prodigi Solutions can fix problematic hardware on-site or if necessary at our office on your diagnostic and repair bench. Common components are kept in stock so hardware failures can be repaired rapidly. All our work is guaranteed for one life, and most manufacturers place a one year warranty on parts.
